Why should I order from Continental Fresh?

At Continental Fresh we put a lot of pride in sourcing only the sustainable seafood . The unit effort of every individuals right from the fishermen to your platter are taken care in an organized manner to eliminate all the environmental impacts of over fishing .We select the best seafood available from  ocean friendly fishing sources by our network of trained suppliers. We take care of the ocean so that people have easy access to the seafood they know and love, with the added flexibility of fast delivery and a wide range of produce ,.

Where does the seafood come from?

Continental Fresh's seafood is sourced from the coasts of the Indian Ocean. We make sure your seafood is always fresh and comes from a highly reputable source so you'll always be satisfied with your order.

What are the delivery times?

Orders once placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be assigned for the next day delivery.

Monday - Sunday

7:00 AM till 5:00 PM

How do you set your pricing?

Continental Fresh’s product pricing is based on the fluctuations in the seafood market. We set our prices based on seasonal changes to give you the best possible price every time.

We've brought the fish market to you - saving you a drive to the grocery store, the waste from trimming your own fillet, and the complete loss from the week old fish that you planned to cook....,the pricing is set for the exact weight of the Fish you buy, and you can cook this Fish without any further wastage.

How is my order packed?

We perfectly portion and  vacuum pack your products in an advanced multilayer packaging that helps to maintain the integrity of seafood.

Our Wild Caught selections include:

Seer Fish, Mackerels, Sardines, Red Snapper, Lobsters, Squids, Tuna, Wild Caught Shrimp, Anchovies, Thread fin Bream, Pomfrets, Seabass, King fish, Crabs....

Our Farm Raised selections include:

Rohu, Catla, Basa, Shrimp, Tilapia, Roopchand, Carp....

What is the deadline for placing an order?

We want to make seafood as accessible as possible-

What if by chance a certain product isn't available?

Seafood is a wild product and can be seasonal. We don’t see this being a common event, however if it does occur, we will call you and discuss – we do our very best to ensure that we are able to offer all products, however, with seafood being such a dynamic industry if this does happen we will be in touch.

I have placed an order but didn't receive any confirmation?

How do I know when my order is on its way?

If you have supplied a mobile phone number, you will be notified by text message for your estimated delivery time and when your delivery is on the way.

My order has not arrived - what do I do?

Give us a call on 7995360037 or email us at oceandelicacyfoods@gmail.com and we can track the rider to ensure it is on the way.

What is the delivery charge?

Rs.40 delivery on orders below 1000

What if I am not happy with the seafood you sent me?

Our drivers will take you through the product when they arrive, and at this point if you are unhappy with a specific product for quality reasons, we will return the product for a refund. Once the order is delivered and accepted it shows that you are happy with the quality and no refund will be processed after this process.
